About Our Horoscopes

These horoscopes consider the changing planetary energies throughout each month. In general, I look at three things, ingresses, lunations and stations.

If there are other important events happening during a month, I may write about them as well, it just depends.

I like to look on the positive side and find something uplifting to say for each sign.

When I prepare my horoscopes, I consider planetary movements, planetary energies and shifts that occur in the natural rhythms.

I also like to pay attention to New Moons and Full Moons when they impact a particular sign significantly.

I do consider planets stationing retrograde or turning direct as these movement shifts do make a difference in the way the planet can express its energy especially if they impact the sign as well.

All my horoscopes are written with love and care.

Note to My Readers

Dear Readers,

I am getting back into writing horoscopes for you again. I have had a break for about 8 months but now I am dipping my toe in the waters again.

This month, January 2023, are my first short horoscopes as I refresh this website to accommodate the next years horoscopes.

There is an enormous lot of tech work that goes on in the background to get the website looking better.

Please bear witrh me as I navigate the new approach to monthly horoscope work.

The horoscopes themselves are all written by me and will develop further as I get back into the swing and manage the tech side of things with more ease.

I plan for the horoscopes to be posted as the Sun changes sign in the previous month so around the 21st of every month.

Astrological Overview

Time Zone

These horoscopes are set for Universal Time Zone (UT) which is the old Greenwich Mean Time. (GMT).

If you live in the eastern hemisphere, like some of Europe, Asia, Australia and most of Africa, these dates may occur the day after the ones mentioned.

If you live in the western hemisphere, like the USA, Canada and South America, these dates may occur the day before the ones mentioned.

What to Look For Each Month

As the planets move through the zodiac, they change signs and adjust their direction. Each planet has a couple of particular signs that they really love to be in and with which they resonate well.

These shifts of planetary energy are what we astrologers look at.

 

Ingresses

These horoscopes consider the planets changing signs or ingressing. Several planets change signs each month and this can vary.

When a planet goes from one sign into the next it may benefit or have its energy reduced. How well a planet is placed in a sign is known as essential dignity.

Lunations

We look at the New Moon and the Full Moon or any Solar or Lunar Eclipses when they occur. Eclipses only happen in a couple of months each year.

Here will be the full list of the 2023 Lunations when I’ve completed it.

Stations

Considerations is given to any planet that stations in a month. A station is when a planet appears to stop and turn direction.

Planets can either station retrograde (begin to move backwards) or station direct (begin to move forwards). It depends on the planet and your own Sun sign whether a station may heavily affect you or not so much.

Virgo Money

Early in the month the financial planet will slip into stimulate your work for money area. You may receive some extra gratuities, bonusses or tips. At midmonth, focus on your serious career as planetary energy stimulates this space for you. A younger man may give you a leg up on the competition or some work inside information that will get you moving.

On January 20th. Your daily sector is illuminated by the Sun. This will be a time where you maybe fall in love with your work. And you find that you are in. An easy balance with what you were doing. Now you will ignore the naysayers around you and pursue the type of meaningful work that appeals to you. Listen to your heart and you won’t go wrong.

Play close attention on the 21st to the New Moon as it augurs well for all types of employment and business in your life. If you receive a job invitation now you will do well to consider it carefully.



Virgo Love

On January 18th, chatty Mercury will turn direct in your love area. This suggests that you will be able to clear the air through conversations with those whom you find attractive.

If you are an artistic type, this would be a perfect time to write some poetry to your lover. Make sure to pay close attention to what your romantic partner says as it will be important to the future of your romance.

In the very last week of the month, you are fortunate in your love life as a beneficial planet will stimulate this area for you.

If your romantic relationships have been fraught recently or somewhat dry, you may find that they are able to blossom in the last week of January. Do not dismiss this positive energy and clear time in your schedule for love.

Virgo Vision

Many Virgos struggle to find their life path and vision, and this has not been helped recently by the very disruptive planet Uranus hanging around in this area.

In the latter part of January, Uranus will shift direction in your favor. Any crazy ideas you get in the third week of January you will need to consider and not just dismiss out of hand as being impractical for you. Do yourself a favor and allow possibilities to be contemplated for your future.

Virgo Wellbeing

The 3rd, 4th and 5th of January are the best three days this month for your wellbeing. If possible, take time to rest and rejuvenate then.

Virgo Creativity

Virgos are not the most genial people. If possible, around the Full Moon on the 11th, make time for a social gathering with friends or colleagues.

People you associate with around the Full Moon will probably be your true friends because they know exactly who you are and have no illusions about you. By the same token, you can clearly see their flaws as well.

This is a time to accept them. The veneer and polish in your friendships will be removed around the days of the Full Moon. Use this time to better understand the people who are close to you in your life.

Scorpio Money

Your finances begin the month pretty steady being neither up nor down. The excitement will come around the mid-month and you need to resist the urge to splurge on things you really cannot afford.

“If you cannot pay cash, you can’t afford it” will be the watchwords for this month. It may be tempting to treat yourself to little luxuries, but you will be better off in the long run if your hold back until February.

Scorpio Love

Unexpected love interests will pop up this month. You may be tempted with someone flirting with you, but it probably will not go anywhere.

In the last week of the month, you may see your partner through rose-tinted spectacles. You are happy to ignore their flaws and it is true that no one is perfect.

Scorpio Vision

You are fortunate this month to have the Full Moon in your vision sector. This will illuminate all the nooks and crannies of your plans so you can get a good hard look at what you are doing.

If you need a course correction you may consider it now, but there is no guarantee that you will make a change at all. There is much to be said for the devil you know and you may decide to remain on your current course for the time being.

Scorpio Wellbeing

You will be comforted at home and this is good for your wellbeing. Try to appreciate the people who are close to you and what they do for you daily.

Organize a homecooked meal around the 20th as the Sun illuminates your home zone and the New Moon the next day is the cherry on the top. Invite your family round and break bread together. You want to feel good and preparing food for others is the perfect way to show your affection for close family members.

Scorpio Creativity

This is the month to plan your next creative project. You will do well to brainstorm your ideas with everyone you meet before starting something new in the next month or so.

Libra January 2023

Libra Money

This is the perfect month to clearly see your career path and where you are going in life. The Full Moon on the 6th is a moment in the month where clarity pervades your finances. You may think you have more than you do, so take care now. If you are honest with yourself, you will see the true state of your wealth situation. Knowing the truth is half the battle with personal finance management.

At the end of January, around the 27th, the money planet, Venus, enters your employment area. This indicates there will be ease at your job and you should be paid fairly for work you have done. bring some relief to your work-a-day life. This is the perfect time to spruce up your office, or home office, and bring in some flowers, art or other beautiful objects. Your employment environment will be important now to support your inner peace.

Libra Love

Romance is on the cards as planetary energy surrounding your love life is in evidence for you this month. Love should be easy and any stress in your relationships with loved ones from before will go away.

In the third week you get a cosmic boost to your love life which peaks at the New Moon on the 21st. If you are single, plan any first dates for after the New Moon. If you are already in a serious relationship, organize a date night after the New Moon for the best effect.

Libra Vision

Super energetic Mars vitalizes your concept area. If you have a vision board spruce it up now with stuff, events and people to which you are striving. If you have not yet created a vision board this is the month to make one. Do not hesitate to ask the universe for what you want to manifest and bring into fruition. The cosmos will support you in this now.

Libra Wellbeing

This is a quiet time for your personal wellbeing. Get enough rest so you don’t become fatigued. Time out will probably be easy to find as there is a slow edge to the planetary energy this month. Make sure to take care of yourself first, so you can look after those around you as well. The moment you start to feel weary, pause and take stock of the situation. You do not have boundless energy now, so make sure to conserve what you have.

Libra Creativity

The latter half of January will be exceptional for all creative projects. You will put your heart and soul into making wonderful things at this time. Do not worry what others think, but go down the creative path that calls you. There are treasures to be had if you can be yourself now.

Aquarius Money
