This begins on October 3rd, 2026, and will continue until November 14th, 2026, from 8° Scorpio to 22° Libra. 

This cosmic event occurs when Venus appears to move backward through the zodiac from our perspective on Earth. 

This Venus retrograde period offers an opportunity for reflection, refinement and reassessment in the areas of love, money and values.

This means that some years Venus is not retrograde.

In 2026, Venus is retrograde across the sign boundary between Libra and Scorpio.

September 10th, 2026: Venus enters Scorpio from Libra for the first time going direct..

October 3rd, 2026: Venus stations retrograde at 8° Scorpio. This is the first turning point when Venus turns retrograde.

October 21st, 2026: The Sun conjoins Venus.

Venus Enters Libra Retrograde

October 25th, 2026: Venus re-enters Libra retrograde.

Venus Stations Direct

November 14th, 2026: Venus stations direct and forward momentum resumes. 

At this point, the retrograde section has passed.

Venus re-enters Scorpio

December 4th, 2026: Venus re-enters Scorpio for the second time moving direct.

Venus Leaves Shadow

December 15th, 2026: Venus exits the shadow and the whole retrograde sequence is now finalized.
