Create: Where Astrology Meets Creativity

Create

Create Category Overview

Astrology is full of symbols, patterns, colors and stories.

While you can learn astrology by reading books and studying birth charts, you can also enjoy it through drawing, journaling and making art.

Welcome to Create, a space on Starzology dedicated to bringing astrology to life through creativity.

The 5th House

The 5th House is the house of creativity, self-expression and joy.

It describes how you bring something unique into the world through your imagination, talents and personal interests.

This is where you give yourself permission to play, experiment and make things simply because you love doing them.

In astrology, the 5th House is where you create something which comes directly from the heart.

This is the natural house of Leo and is ruled by the Sun.

Art and Color

I love finding ways to express astrology visually, whether through drawing the sign glyphs, creating an astrology journal page or experimenting with colour and symbols.

I believe that making something with your own hands is a wonderful way to connect with astrology and make it more personal.

Discover Astrology Through Creativity

What to Do

My Create umbrella brings together inspirational articles, practical projects and creative ideas to help you express your interest in astrology in your own way.

Below are some of the things you can try.

Drawing Astrology

Learn to draw the zodiac sign glyphs, practice planetary symbols and discover ways to incorporate astrological imagery into your artwork.

Artists Charts

Here are a few artists chart’s which I’ve used as example in my astrology practice.

Music

Musical Creatives

I do have some astrology related music and musician and their creative expression articles which you can link to below.

Astro Art Cards

I’ve started doing quite a lot with art cards, astrology cards and artspiration cards.

Creative Starz

Creative Astrology Journaling

Your astrology journal is a place to bring astrology to life in your own creative way.

Through my Creative Starz project, I’ll guide you in building a personal journal based on the building blocks of astrology, including the signs, planets, houses and aspects.

Illustrated Journal Pages

Each topic provides some ideas for writing, drawing, doodling, adding colour and creating your own illustrated pages.

You can collect astrological symbols, record keywords, experiment with different layouts and make each page your own.

You don’t need to be an artist or an experienced astrologer to take part.

All you need is a notebook, a few pens or colored pencils and a little curiosity.

Your journal can be simple or elaborate, neat or wonderfully messy.

There is no right or wrong way to create your pages.

Ongoing

Creative Starz is an ongoing project, with more astrological topics and journal inspiration coming soon.

We’ll build your journal one component at a time, giving you opportunities to learn astrology while expressing what you discover through your own creativity.

Astrology Art and Projects

Ideas for Everyone

Make something inspired by the zodiac, planets and houses.

You might create astrology art cards, bookmarks, illustrated journal pages or other little projects that bring astrological symbols into your everyday life.

You can use pencils, pens, paints, collage materials or digital tools.

Choose whatever you enjoy working with and see where your imagination takes you.

Colour, Symbols and Inspiration

Astrology offers a wonderful visual language to play with.

Think zodiac glyphs, planetary symbols, sign imagery and colours that capture the character of a particular planet or sign.

You can use these elements in your journal, artwork or personal creative projects.

You might follow traditional associations or develop your own visual interpretations.

You Don’t Have to Be an Artist

Anyone Can

One of the great things about combining astrology and creativity is that there is no single correct way to do it.

Your astrology journal doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Your drawings don’t have to be perfect.

Your colour choices don’t need to follow a set of rules.

You can work in a sketchbook, use loose sheets of paper or create a collection of digital images.

The point is to experiment, express yourself and enjoy the process.

You might discover that drawing a planetary glyph helps you remember its meaning.

You might find that creating a page about your Sun sign encourages you to reflect on your own life.

Or you might simply enjoy spending a quiet half-hour with your journal and a set of colored pencils.

There is room for all these approaches.

Where to Start

If you’re new to creative astrology, you don’t need a complicated project or a cupboard full of art supplies.

Start with something simple that catches your interest.

You could begin by learning to draw one zodiac glyph, creating a journal page about your Sun sign or choosing colours to represent a planet you want to study.

Bring Your Imagination to Life

Collection as Inspiration

I hope my Create Project collection encourages you to enjoy astrology in new and creative ways.

You can learn the technical side of astrology through chart study and interpretation, then bring your own personality and imagination to the symbols and stories you discover.

So, sharpen your pencils, open your journal, gather your favorite colors or simply start doodling in the margins.

You don’t have to create a masterpiece.

You just have to begin.

Let’s bring astrology to life, one little creative project at a time.

I’d love to see what you create.

You can send me your images and I’ll post them here on Starzology for everyone to be inspired with what you have created.

I can’t wait to see what you create.
