How to live your satisfying life can be seen through your personal astrology.
I chose the name Starzology for my astrology website and business because of its relationship with the number five.
The fifth sign of the zodiac is Leo the Lion (which is my sign).
The aspect of the fifth harmonic (when you divide the chart by five) is the quintile, which is in itself an aspect of creativity.
The five-pointed star is a symbol of creativity first and foremost. But, it offers four more points to make it whole.
I believe the attributes of wellbeing, vision, love, and money are perfect additions to the creativity point on the star.
In astrology the fifth house, Leo and the quintile all symbolize creativity.
Creativity is the act of making something that was not there before.
You may be a singer, a musician, an artist, a writer, or craftsperson and in this way you are creative.
You could be a blogger, a YouTuber, a podcaster or a speaker and in this way you are creative.
Creative people go to bed a night and can say, “I created that today.”
You all need love.
First, you need self-love. You have to love yourself first before you can love others.
Love for Others
Then you need someone to love (or love of others). If you do not have a special person now you can love a pet.
This is the love of a partner, children and family, and friends.
Finally, universal love, and the love of all people.
Now you are satisfied, you have self-love, the love of others and can turn to give universal love to all and sundry.
Vision is shown in the chart by the ninth house and Jupiter which are both related to another fire sign, Sagittarius.
When you lift your eyes to the horizon and want travel you have vision.
Your life-journey is a part of your vision.
What you want to do and where you want to go in life is a part of your vision.
If your life is a drudge you can still have a vision of better things.
Hope springs eternal.
Vitality and health can be rounded into well-being as physical, mental and emotional well-being.
This is symbolized by the first house and the sixth and twelfth houses. Also, the Sun and the sixth house ruler will say a lot about your wellbeing.
Mercury and Jupiter and symbols of mental wellbeing in your chart.
Your emotional wellbeing is symbolised by the Moon and to some extent, the South Node.
You need money. It is the way the world works.
To start with, you need enough money. Enough to pay the rent, put food on the table and educate yourself and your children.
Then you need extra money to improve your life, To pay for a holiday or vacation, to pay for higher education, to support a social life and bring you extras.
Finally, you need contribution money to build something for others. Perhaps you will do this by creating a company, building a school in Africa or providing shelters for those in need. Your contribution money goes to help other people. It can be accomplished in many ways. You could just donate your spare cash or ten dollars each month and is your contribution.
These five attributes combined go to make a satisfying life for you.
I have always been intrigued by history, science, art and creativity. I believe that most people possess inspirational creative talents but that they have been buried for so long because of the daily grind.
Recently I started to bring some of these people forward and feature their charts in my new section “Featured Charts” (catchy name, yes?) where I provide a high-level astrology interpretation of the chart.
The charts that are featured here are chosen for their owner’s good works, inspiration and creativity (or to be honest because these people interest me).
Who Needs Their Chart Featured?
If you are worn down by work, financial or family demands it can rob you of your inherent spark. It is this spark that I wish to bring alive through reading charts for exactly that scenario.
To find your way back to living your authentic yet creative life. To find your spark.
At the end of the day creative people can look back and say. “I made this” whereas many people in other industries, and boring 9-5 jobs, simply shovel papers, people or money around without making anything.
Now I know all about having a day job or a “Survival job” (one which pays the rent), and trying to launch a creative life on the side. It is not easy.
Your Side Hustle
You may be working your day job but have a side hustle, or you could be of independent means, retired or a housewife and simply need to express yourself through a creative outlet.
All of these situations can be brought forward through a high-level astrology reading when your chart is featured in my Featured Charts section.
I usually work with artists, musicians, photographers, Tarot readers, singers, crafters, dancers, painters, designers, poets, writers, and astrologers. The list goes on.
But the common theme among the majority of my clients is:
They work by themselves.
They have many works in progress (#WIP’s).
They are solopreneurs.
They are not so good at the business of business.
They want time to do their craft and not be consumed by the boring administration.
They live and breathe their creations.
They are one man (or woman) shows.
They have a day job.
Does this sound like you?
I like reading charts for the good folks I have met in my life.
You have probably heard of love at first sight but maybe not really believed in it. How could two people possibly know immediately if they have found the one?
Surely you need to to get to know each other first, explore experiences together, have long sunset walks on the beach and picnic in a spring meadow?
Yet as an astrologer working with relationships I come across couples who did, in fact, know at the point of meeting and within four weeks were committed to each other and that was ten years ago.
If you speak those people who do have long-term relationships, common-law or marriage, you will find a lot of people knew it the first few weeks of meeting. How can this be?
Your Own Chart
Your astrology chart is the map for your life. It shows your potentials, energies and interests. It suggests talents and what needs to be explored in this lifetime. When you live in line with the energies in your chart 9as shown in the planets by house, sign and aspect) you feel satisfied with life. It becomes that enough is plenty and there is nothing more you need to be fulfilled.
The Moon takes about twenty-nine days to make a full pass through the zodiac. In any month it will transit all the houses of your chart. One house after the next, illuminating each area of life shown by the house, its ruler and tenants.
The Moon is like a quick tour of the chart and everything is triggered each month. In one single lunar cycle the Moon will form all possible aspects to the planets in your natal chart.
Every planet will receive a conjunction, sextile, square, trine, opposition etc. from the Moon. This lunar transit explores all the emotional possibilities you have as your natal promise.
The First Contact Chart
The first contact chart is an astrology chart drawn up of your first date or meeting. The potentials of the relationship are built into this chart. As the Moon sweeps round every one of the first contact’s chart potentials are stimulated.
By the end of one lunar cycle you know all there is to know. Maybe in a broad stroke but time will fill in the stitches of the tapestry.
One lunar cycle
In one lunar month you will know whether to spend the rest of your life together or call it a day. When the Moon goes around your chart it makes all the aspects and passes through every house in your chart. As it does to your romantic other’s chart too.
If the relationship is going to work you will know within one lunar month. By this stage you will be discussing important issues as adults: religion, children, politics and exchanging copies of your credit reports.
Or maybe not, and if not, what are you still doing there? Don’t waste time on a relationship that is going nowhere.
“We can always find more money but we can’t find more time.”
Look to your natal Saturn for clues on your time wasting. Your boundaries that are there to protect you and bring Saturn to task. Learn to draw the line on dead-end relationships. I’m not saying toss every person you meet on the heap never to be spoken to again.
Put them in their correct pigeon-holes such as friend, colleague or nice-to-know-in-an-emergency. Do not have them standing in the spot marked “Love of my life” taking up valuable real estate which is better occupied by your true soul mate.
Addictive Behaviour – Don’t get Sucked In
You may think it better to have someone than no one. Sometimes having a hanger-on is simply a habit.
Being in a relationship that is not satisfying drains the soul. It leaves you bereft of energy to move on.
Habits are simply that, habits.
Be kind to yourself
Don’t waste your time, energy and your precious youth on pointless relationships.
It does not serve you to allow yourself to be treated this way.
Don’t spend another minute in a dead end partnership.
In your heart of hearts can you hear a little voice? Whispering “run!“
Free yourself up to be open to new people.
Allow serendipity to do its job.
Make space in your life for a good mate.
Be open to accepting new and exciting potential partners.
Let the Law of Attraction work for you.
